Sorry about the last sentence. Without context I'm having a hard time figuring out what it's referring to. And there is the issue of the word 象 which means elephant normally. Or it can mean phenomenon... it is also 'present' in words like 想像 (it is the phonetic component of this kanji: 像) which have closer connotations to mental impressions and imagination etc.
So like the other person who answered said: the meaning could be 'I had that exact impression'. Or it could mean what ever they are talking about before the 例えば is exactly the same phenomenon as thinking space is beautiful and scary. I think it's the latter explanation.
