What is the idiomatic (en argot) French translation of 芦 a breath of fresh air 禄?

I do not want a Google translation; I also speak French myself. I would like to know the terminology a native Francophone would use, please.|||There's an expression " Un grand bol d'air" , literally a big bowl of air . So you can say " Un bol d'air frais" . It's not slang, it's an idiomatic expression . I can't see a slang phrase for that .

Besides, the usual expression is " Une bouff茅e d'air frais" . I think it's what you want .
