Latin translation for an Alexander Hamilton quote?

Hi, I was hoping someone could give me a real translation for the quote: "Those who stand for nothing fall for anything". I've used the online translations (google, yahoo, etc), but each time they come out with different meanings.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out.

Thank you.|||Surgentes rei nullius causa, de ulla (re) cadunt (or: labuntur).

Those who get up for no reason, because of any (reason) fall.|||I think the correct translation is "Stantibus casus nihil quicquam"
