What is the meaning for Il Mondo from Il volo?

I love listening to opera.. I was actually listening to just a regular old Christmas song and Il Volo was part of this collaboration.... for lack of a better term. Anyhow, they sounded beautiful so I looked them up.... but not being fluent in Italian I was wondering what the meaning of their song Il Mondo was.... any help would be greatly appreciated.
