Please help me out with Google's Translation Toolkit usage?

Someone with expertise and experience of using Google's toolkit for translation please help me. I've tried using it and what I know about the service is you need to upload a file for translation. Then it gets translated from one language to another. That translation can also be edited. But what I've heard about it is once you translate and edit the translation it is remembered by the toolkit and next time when you translate it takes help of the previous translation to make meaningful sentences. But I have translated so many docs and yet whenever I translate a new doc the result is again non-sense and meaningless translation. Why is it not taking help from my previous translations? Second thing is how to include dictionaries and glossaries to our toolkit and third thing is does it help to share it with other users and how can I know that some user is also using toolkit in my intended language?

Also suggest me some site(s) where I can find more reliable information regarding all these.|||Though any machine translation can't be as good as human translation but Google Translation Toolkit is a very good translation service. You need to have a google account to access the service and make sure you log in through https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceL…

For short it is http://www.google.com/toolkit
