How to translate the following sentence in Spanish ; "He talks to himself all day long" ?

I have never actually wrote this phrase before "all day long" so I have absolutely no clue how it goes and I dont know how much to trust google translation.


Thus far I fomed two sentences. "Se habla todo el d铆a." and "Se habla durante todo el d铆a."


But, I dont know which is right. Or even if they are right at all. Any help would be appreciated.
